My experience with Rick was wonderful. As a first time home buyer, I found him patient and easy to express my concerns/neurosis (lol) to. I very much appreciate his tendency to err on the side of caution versus trying to push you into buying a house. When we found the right house, he worked magic to get fairest price possible. And now, after the deal has closed, he is still checking in to make sure I’m on track with the things I need to stay on top of as a first time home buyer. Thanks Rick!!!
